Experiences from participants and organizations.
“I was interested in several exchanges, but before getting excited I needed to know whether I was eligible and what I would have to pay. With Kindra I can check dates and costs together and decide which opportunities are worth applying for.”
“The most tiring part was writing my story over and over. Now I reuse my profile and spend that time explaining why each project interests me. Preparing an application feels much more manageable.”
“We used to ask each other who had reviewed each application and look for notes in different places. Now I can see the status and context in the same workspace. When a colleague picks up selection, she can continue without me explaining everything from scratch.”
“For us, filling places is only part of it: motivation and how each person fits the group matter too. Organized applications let us discuss them in context and spend our meeting making decisions instead of looking for information.”
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about opportunities, applications and selection.
What can I do on Kindra?
Discover projects and experiences, apply for a place and track your application. If you work with an organization, you can publish projects and manage applications with your team.
Is applying free?
Yes. Creating a profile, finding projects and submitting applications is free. Taking part may involve costs: each project explains what is covered and what you would pay. Kindra does not collect those payments; they are arranged with the organization.
Who can take part?
Kindra is available to people aged 18 or older. Also check each project’s age, residence, language and date requirements.
What does a verified organization mean?
Kindra has checked its identity. Programme credentials and funding are checked separately. Verification does not guarantee a project and cannot be obtained by paying for a plan.
Are all projects part of Erasmus+?
No. Organizations can also publish projects from other programmes and independent experiences. Each project shows the organizer, conditions and funding.
Who decides whether I get a place?
The organization responsible for the project. Recommendations help you find opportunities that fit, but do not decide the selection. You can track your application from your account.
